You have to understand the job – Majid Michel on dealing with stardom, female fans

“These people admire the character. They have no idea who you really are. They just saw some Mr Bruce in the film and they liked Mr Bruce because of, maybe, how Mr Bruce solved a problem. They just loved the character, Mr Bruce. Now you happen to be Mr Bruce, and they just saw Mr Bruce in town. They really don’t know who is inside Mr Bruce for real.”

Ghanaian act Majid Michel shared on 3FM Drive how he navigates starstruck, lovesick women whilst guiding his career as a Christain, husband and family man.

For Majid Michel, not understanding why people are drawn to you is the beginning of indiscipline. He explained that people are in love with the character you played in the movie. Not the real you because they do not know you. They only see who you pretend to be when acting.
