BEFORE ANY HAIRCUT: Ghana’s Binge Borrowing Advisors must return commission money…

Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu Boahen must be shaved for bringing this haircut upon Ghanaians by embarking on a binge borrowing spree while their private companies made huge profits.

When you give bad advice, you must not profit; Databank and Black Star Advisory and by extention Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu Boahen must refund Ghana’s millions…

Instead of giving Ghanaians a haircut, government must search and retrieve all looted monies…

Retrieval of looted COVID-19 funds alone will plug a big hole…

Ghana’s new COVID-19 visa-on-arrival policy, is a very bad idea as Chinese COVID-19 cases climb…

New variants of the virus are expected as cold winter storms hit several parts of the world.

The Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government has been making terrible decisions landing Ghana in one mess after another.

Begging Burkina Faso after the reckless mercenary accusation made by Akufo-Addo during one of his recent begging sprees at a meeting USA Government, will cost Ghana…

The Accra Initiative and Ghana’s Non-Aligned policy have been thrashed by those bellicose effusions when diplomacy rather than desperation should have been exploited…

Similarly, Ghana must keep to the adage:

“When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging”

That big hole in the ground near the Parliament House, certainly is not the “Priority of Priorities” of Ghanaians and must not swallow another Cedi of the poor Ghanaian taxpayer.

Instead all monies siphoned into that hell-hole must be retrieved to reduce the burden of the haircut.

There must be no haircut when hairy Databank has not been shaved.

Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu Boahen must be shaved for bringing this haircut upon Ghanaians by embarking on a binge borrowing spree while their private companies made huge profits.

Dr. Addison, Rev. Dr. Ogbami-Tetteh and Dr. Bawumia must also be skinned for their role in mismanaging the economy into this debt distress, the economy to junk status and the free-fall of the Cedi against the Dollar necessitating haircuts…

President Akufo-Addo took credit for the Ghana Cedi’s recently started appreciating against the Dollar;

The Ghana Cedis has started declining again against the Dollar, will President Akufo-Addo once again take credit for the depreciation and tell Ghanaians which of his policies is responsible for that?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE FREE-FALL OF THE GHANA CEDI WAS DUE TO INSIDER-TRADING ACTIVITIES?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SOME FUND MANAGERS WERE TRADING THEIR BONDS FOR FOREIGN EXCHANGE AHEAD OF THE DEBT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE CLOGSAG ALLEGATIONS ARE TRUE?

If indeed se persons [e.g. Ken Ofori-Atta, Kelli Gadzekpo and Rev. Ogbami-Tetteh] close to some companies [e.g. Databank] gave them information of the impending haircuts before the announcement of the Debt Exchange Programme…

If the company [e.g. Databank] with the prior knowledge of the Debt Exchange Programme, proceeded to dump its bonds and other investments that would be affected by the Debt Exchange Programme…

The massive buying of Foreign currency, particularly the Dollar will result in the rapid rise in the Dollar as experienced recently before the Debt Exchange Programme announcement..

The very public claim by Databank that the company is unable to pay clients and requires liquidity support may be just a smokescreen to avoid suspicion of the alleged insider-trading and Money Laundering alleged by CLOGSAG.

Ken Ofori-Atta and Databank have all the ingredients necessary to have done what CLOGSAG is alleging…

1. The beneficial owner of Databank, Ken Ofori-Atta is Finance Minister and took the decisions leading to the Debt Exchange Programme…

2. The former Vice President of Databank, Rev. Dr. Ogbami-Tetteh is the Head of the Securities and Exchange Commission responsible for Fund management firms like Databank which would have been affected by the Debt Exchange Programme…

3. A founding partner of Databank, Kelli Gadzekpo is on the Bank of Ghana Board which also supervised the rollout of the Debt Exchange Programme…

4. About one hundred former staff of Databank are working in key positions at the Finance Ministry which announced the Debt Exchange Programme…

NOTE:

The Panama Papers confirmed in an investigation by International Journalists that Ken Ofori-Atta and Kelli Gadzekpo own a Tax Avoidance Company in the Cayman Islands tax haven, capable of making “hidden” transactions in the billion of dollars from among such companies domiciled in tax havens which are known for money laundering…

Note also that Ken Ofori-Atta manages the personal finances of President Akufo-Addo hence must be above board…

The Agyaapa Royalties Scandal and the Frontier Healthcare Service COVID-19 Testing Scandal had companies registered in tax havens.

Whereas, none of the above very strong possibilities of Databank being involved in a Debt Exchange Programme Insider-trading have been confirmed by any investigation, it is imperative that a Full-scale Public Enquiry needs to be launched into the recent CLOGSAG ALLEGATIONS…

Many Ghanaians have been wondering why Ken Ofori-Atta has refused to leave the Finance Ministry despite the intense pressure for his removal and why President Akufo Addo insists on keeping Ken Ofori-Atta at post…

The fact that Ken Ofori-Atta is not receiving salary as Finance Minister but is in a position to make millions or billions just by being the Finance Minister and taking decisions that changes the financial fortunes of companies including his own Databank, Enterprise Group and those of his associates needs to be investigated…

Recall, Ken Ofori-Atta gave 10million to McDan through ADB Bank without board approval for a fake COCOBOD supply contract?

This was before President Akufo-Addo signed an Executive Instrument giving the Ada Salt to McDan through his Electrochem company…

This was before President Akufo-Addo gave Ghana’s only private jet license and a terminal at the Kotoka International Airport…

That was before President Akufo-Addo went to Dubai to sign a $1billion Tradefair Redevelopment Project contract with the Singapore Stellar Holding Pte. Ltd on 10th March 2022 for 65acres out of the 140acre prime La Tradefair land…

“This is great news for Ghana, the people of La, and the African continent as a whole,” said Dr Dan McKorley, the Chairman of the Trade Fair Company, adding that, “the COVID-19 pandemic dealt a big blow to our plans as investors cooled off. So we are happy to get back fully on track and with such serious group of credible investors as well.” in the presence of President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Agnes Adu who was appointed CEO of the demolished Ghana Tradefair Company.

Did you Know that;

President Akufo-Addo’s private law firm, Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co had warned the government through the Trade Minister of a potential Judgement Debt resulting from their handling of the Tradefair Redevelopment Project?

Did you also Know that;

That the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat should have been at the La Trade Fair Convention Centre and would have placed Ghana as the Trade and Financial hub controlling trillions of dollars annually in Continental trade?

Did you Know that;

David Adjaye was sole sourced and paid upfront to design the Trade Fair Redevelopment although a wholly Ghanaian owned company REROY GROUP had earlier eon an international Competitive Tender supervised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as transaction advisors for the Government of Ghana?

The Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government’s history of Impunity, insider-trading and reckless award of contracts to crony companies is well documented as seen in the Cathedral and other Scandals.

THE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR MUST START WORK.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

God Save Our Homeland Ghana and help us survive the WASTED YEARS OF THE AKUFO-ADDO-BAWUMIA GOVERNMENT and their DumbDogs who can’t speak truth to power because they are compromised or complicit or corrupt.
