The fight against Galamsey and Corruption can be won; if the proceeds of these crimes which are laundered through fraudulent land transactions in prime areas belonging to the La Stool are mandatorily done through the La Stool Lands Secretariats with all payments done through the La Bank, the designated Bank.

The work of the Lands Commission and the Special Prosecutor, EOCO and other State investigative agencies will be greatly enhanced by the La Bank and La Stool Lands Secretariat database of all La Land transactions.

All Fiduciaries including the President, Ministers, State Officials, Chiefs and Elders who have anything to do with Land Transactions must be held liable and accountable for every land acquisition, land release, land lease, land sale as per the ACT1036.
