Regarding the Press Release by the Volta Regional Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Kafui Agbleze, on February 29,2024, I wish to emphatically tell him and his Party that they are wasting their time.
How many times should Gold Coasters/Ghanaians tell them that they are not one of them? If somebody describes you as IDIOTS (BOMETSILAWO) you will be angry the person is insulting you. But more than that somebody else will tell you that you lack self- esteem on top of that!And that is why you are begging them to accept you!!! And you will be doubly angry again!
The UNDOUBTED FACT IS THAT TRUTH IS PAINFUL, but it liberates those who embrace it, but imprisons those who reject it. I challenge any of you reading this to produce JUST ONE DOCUMENT where the UN TRANSFERRED its CARETAKER agreement of its Togoland Trust Territory under British Administration (aka British/Western Togoland) with Britain to GHANA!
My people perish for lack of knowledge. How can 99.99% of a whole nation’s population allow 0.01% of them to continue collaborating with the BLACK-ON-BLACK Colonizer of WESTERN TOGOLAND—Ghana—for 67 years for their personal profits and those of their families and friends? All the while depriving them, marginalizing them, ridiculing them, and impoverishing them!

They use your natural resources to industrialize their country and provide themselves clean water while neglecting you for decades! Are you saying you cannot run your own country better than your ancestors did for the Gold Coast and Ghana? Are you saying you do not have educated people of various career groups to manage your institutions? Who have managed Ghana’s institutions till their eyes opened up to the importance of formal institutions? What about your artisans? Who built most of Ghana’s infrastructural facilities from Gold Coast time to date? So what is your problem, particularly now that Ghana is ready for us to sit down at the negotiation table for a peaceful separation?
You are behaving like a chicken that has been tied to one place for a long time, that when she is set free, she still remains at that place, unaware that she is free.
WESTERN TOGOLANDERS, your freedom is at hand this year. GRAB IT PEACEFULLY AND JOYOUSLY NOW. And greatly thank God for NO MORE BLOODBATH AND TERRORISTS INVOLVEMENT. AND YES YOU CAN GIVE THE CREDIT TO GHANA’S PRESIDENT AKUFO-ADDO.
