The GJA believes Election 2024 will be a test of character of the country’s democratic and security architecture  and the critical role of the media in ensuring success in that test cannot be underestimated but only under a conducive media freedom regime.

Taking place on Sunday late afternoon, this year’s awards promises to be unique and special with a departure from the late night event in previous years.

The National Executive wishes to thank sponsors who have come through so far to supporting the awards, particularly GCB Bank, the lead sponsor this year.
