Boss chick, Angela List who is currently separated from her Australian husband naturalized as a Ghanaian, reportedly used her position as the Finance Director of the Ghana subsidiary of BCM International Limited to clean out the accounts of the company to buy herself a plush Bombardier Challenger 604.

The high-flyer is known to be intimately linked to prominent politicians, including Liberian President, George Weah.

The acquisition puts Ms. List in the same league as business moguls, Ibrahim Mahama of Engineers and Planners fame and Mr. Daniel Mackorley of McDan Shipping fame, who own private jets.

Whatsup News has seen a copy of the suit by the mother company which isincorporated in Nevis, West Indies and can report the company is also demanding costs from the alleged gold digger who paid her rich husband back with reported infidelity after he had made her a director in his company.

According to the suit ‘BCM International Limited Vs Angela List’ before the Accra High Court, Ms. List was the Finance Director of BCM Ghana. However, on October 3, 2020, she resigned from that role under suspicious circumstances.

After her resignation, the management and officers of BCM conducted an audit into the books of the company and uncovered “many frightening revelations about the finances of the Plaintiff company.”

“The Plaintiff avers that it was discovered that the Defendant in breach of her fiduciary duties towards the Plaintiff Company, had instructed the transfer of funds without requisite authority, and for purposes designed solely for her personal benefits and not in the best interest of the Plaintiff Company,” the suit narrated.

“The Plaintiff further avers that on the face of the transfers, it was apparent that the Defendant had taken huge sums of monies from the Plaintiff Company to fund her personal desires and a rather luxurious lifestyle,” the court document said.

It was discovered that she had made payments from the bank accounts of BCM for the purchase of the Bombardier Challenger 604 (” Aircraft”), and to receive other related services from a company by name, Wright Brothers Aircraft Title.

According to the account, the paper trail had shown that among other things Ms. List had caused US$250,000 to be transferred to Wright Brothers Limited (“Wright Brothers”) on July 1, 2020.

BCM emphasizes in the suit that it has never had any need to acquire a private jet for its work, and the company “neither through its board of directors nor shareholder, authorized the purchase of the Aircraft which aircraft has no place in the business dealings of the Plaintiff Company.”

It added that after even resigning her post, Ms. Angela List has kept the jet for her private use.

“The Plaintiff Company further avers that the purchase of the Aircraft using funds of the Plaintiff company has had a negative impact on the business of the Plaintiff company, with such telling effects on all facets of the business,” BCM said.

BCM owned by Paul list who had lived in Ghana for some four decades is demanding a declaration that the payments made using funds of the Plaintiff company for the purchase of the Aircraft is in breach of the fiduciary duty owed the Plaintiff company by the Defendant.

The company also wants the recovery of the amount used to buy the aircraft.

BCM also demanded costs and any other reliefs the court deems fit.

Angela List is the ex-wife of the owner of BCM, Mr. List. Her marriage recently came tumbling down the rocks amidst allegations of infidelity, including, her reported romantic involvement with a Minister of State in Ghana and the President of Liberia, George Weah.

Angela List had reportedly used her connection with the Minister of State to cause the National Security Secretariat to witch-hunt Paul List in a bid to frustrate him to leave Ghana for his wife to take over the company.
